Playlist Submission Terms of Agreement

 

 

By submitting music to the Turnt: Hip Hop playlist (curated by Empier Entertainment), you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Ownership & Rights

    

   • You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the submitted music and/or have full legal rights, permissions, and clearances to submit it.

   • You confirm that your submission does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.

    

2. Non-Exclusive Feature

    

   • Submission does not guarantee placement on the playlist.

   • If selected, your music may be added to the Turnt: Hip Hop playlist and related promotional content across Empier Entertainment platforms.

   • You retain full ownership of your music. This agreement is non-exclusive and does not transfer any rights.

    

3. Promotional Use

    

   • By submitting, you grant Empier Entertainment permission to use your name, song title, artwork, and provided links for promotional purposes (playlist posts, social media, website, newsletters, etc.).

   • This use is for promotional purposes only and no payment or royalties will be provided by Empier Entertainment.

    

4. Content Standards

    

   • Submissions must be professional quality and aligned with the hip hop genre/vibe of the playlist.

   • Empier Entertainment reserves the right to reject or remove any submission at its sole discretion.

    

5. Liability

    

   • Empier Entertainment is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or damages related to your submission.

   • You agree to indemnify Empier Entertainment against any third-party claims regarding ownership, rights, or licensing of your submitted content.

    

6. Agreement

    

   • By checking the submission box and submitting your music, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
